Why a Referral Program?

At InterVenture, we connect top engineers with clients developing impactful products. By building, managing, and scaling dedicated remote teams, we help drive our clients’ growth. To leverage this mission further, we’re excited to introduce our Referral Program.

Great relationships and partnerships often start with a simple personal connection. You probably know peer engineers, engineering managers or CTOs, that already work for a technology company, which struggles to scale with the right talent.

And, this is a chance for all of us to grow – your network, your earnings, and our InterVenture community, so let’s start with:

OTM REFERRAL PLAN

FOR NEW PARTNERSHIPS

If you successfuly recommend us as a technology partner to a “cool & modern” tech company via your network and we start an Own Team Model partnership, you will recieve:

  • 2’700 EUR for contract signing
  • 2’700 EUR with the 6th team member hired as part of our partner team
  • 2’700 EUR for every additional 5th member hired as part of our partner team: 11th, 16th, 21st, etc.
  • All amounts are net and will be paid out within a period of 30 days.

RTM REFERRAL PLAN

FOR NEW PROJECTS

If you successfully recommend InterVenture as a partner to companies within your network and we begin cooperation with them through our RTM Model, you will receive a reward equal to 5% of the billable development hour.
